It mainly depends on what kind of alcohol you are drinking and how much. Mostly it can have a negative influence on your body like heart decease, stroke and liver disease. On the other hand if you are a moderate drinker and you’re healthy, You can drink as long as you drink responsibly and not everyday 24/7. Research can be very confusing, that’s because the evidence about the health benefits of alcohol isn’t certain.
